Mommy and Me Soundbath

A playful yet restful sound healing experience for family and kids to experience together. All ages of kids are welcome and any member of the family is welcome to come with the children. We flow with the children present and practice breathing exercises and singing mixed with the alchemical sound healing instruments that flow with the kids that day. I usually play with bubbles, wear fairy wings sometimes a dress and we add subtle movement into the practice if the kids are not settling down. This class is a vision I had of a space where kids could be in a space of sound healing without them having to be quiet and the parent to not be worried their child is being distruptive because this is for them and they are part of the healing experience. You can pay at the door by cash or credit or even venmo the center
